- Prepare and implement strategic business, acquisition, and financial plans;
- Prepare valuations of teams and sports related properties;
- Conduct due diligence and contract related analysis;
- Source and manage relocation of sports teams and properties to new markets;

Venue and Facility Advisory (Arenas and Stadiums)
- Prepare feasibility studies for teams and/or municipal authorities;
- Assist in the construction and development planning process;
- Develop and close on private/public financing to fund construction plans;
- Negotiate and close on venue development and venue management/use agreements;
- Make recommendations on architects, lawyers, and project management advisors;
